text2ics is designed to process the smallest amount of data possible.

What we process

When you paste text or upload files, the content is sent to our servers so we can find calendar events. The extracted event data is stored temporarily so you can review and export it.

Retention

Uploaded files and generated calendar files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. You can delete everything immediately with the "Delete my files and results" button.

No accounts

You do not need to register. We use a short-lived anonymous session cookie only to associate your conversion with your browser.

Third parties

Content is processed by our AI provider strictly to extract event information. It is not used for training and is not shared with anyone else.

text2ics uses only cookies strictly necessary to run the tool. We don't run analytics or ads today — this choice sets your preference in case that ever changes.
